We work with education establishments and other carefully selected development partners to deliver comprehensive CPD programmes to build talent, expertise and promote strategic growth. Here, we shine the spotlight on a few of them:
All Saints Primary School, Bradford
All Saints Primary School, Bradford is a large Primary School serving an exceptionally diverse population.
YCPD has a long-standing relationship with All Saints – it is a school Angela has known for over ten years and we have provided strategic SEND & Leadership support for them since YCPD was founded in 2021, using the specific skills and expertise of a number of our partners to develop their staff.
With exciting projects in the pipeline, this partnership is set to continue in 2024-25.
Collaborative Learning Trust
The Collaborative Learning Trust is a growing Yorkshire-based Multi-Academy Trust comprised of church & non-church schools. YCPD delivered a comprehensive review of SEND provision across the trust in the 2022-23 academic year. Since then, we have provided a number of Education Partners to deliver specialist SEND advice & support to schools across the trust.
In 2023-24, our founder Angela was appointed as Strategic Director of SEND Improvement for the Collaborative Learning Trust, building on the excellent relationships we have developed across the trust.
Pinc College
PINC College is a unique maintained alternative provision providing educational opportunities to neurodivergent 16-25 yr olds. It is a visual-arts focused distributed college, with campuses currently in Lancashire, Yorkshire and the East Midlands and an ambitious expansion programme.
YCPD has provided SEND advice & support to PINC, alongside strategic & governance development support. We worked with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, to help deliver:
- Statutory Compliance
- Excellence in SEND
- CPD of Leadership, Teaching and Support Staff
- Sustainable Growth and expansion, delivering core Pinc Values across multiple sites.
Teach Outdoors
We provide a strategic partnership to Teach Outdoors, helping the CEO to plan the roll-out of the programme, methodology & pedagogy to schools, initially across the South East, with an ambition to expand to achieve a national presence.
